Konami's paper on M82 has been accepted.

Konami, who is a D2 student, have succeeded in compiling a paper on metal abundances in the hot plasma of starburst galaxy M82, is accepted by PASJ. Katsuda, Yamada, Konami, and Kaneko attended Suzaku 2011 at SLAC. We presented the latest results on blackholes, supernova remnants, galaxies, as well as the experimental results on GEM aboard GEMS satellite.

Katsuda's paper on Vela pulser has been accepted.

Dr. Katsuda and collaborators published a paper entitled "Suzaku detection of Diffuse Hard X-Ray Emission Outside Vela X" in Publications of Astronomical Society of Japan (available from http://arxiv.org/abs/1103.4872). Katsuda and collaborators observed the Vela pulsar wind nebula with Suzaku, and discovered that the X-ray-emitting nebula extends outside the radio-emitting nebula.
